How much do technicians make?
C-technicians $42,000–$55,000, B-technicians $56,000–$73,000 and A-technicians $74,000–$170,000 per year. Your level depends on your qualifications and production.
Are there bonuses for technicians?
Yes. Technicians earn monthly production bonuses based on their production level and year-end bonuses based on their training level. Your PTO pay rate is calculated on your rolling 3-month production level.
How much do service advisors make?
Service advisor pay is $65,000–$170,000 per year.
Do I need my own tools?
We offer a $1,000–$5,000 tool allowance depending on skill level.
Do you help with moving?
Yes. Relocation assistance is $2,000–$5,000, depending on qualifications and skill level.
Is training paid?
Yes. Factory training online and in class is paid, including travel and an overnight hotel when needed. All ASE tests are reimbursed when you pass.
Can I start with no experience?
Yes, through our paid apprenticeship. Paid by the hour, paid training, and paired with a mentor technician. Most apprenticeships last 1 to 2 years, depending on Service Manager and mentor evaluations and your own progress. Approved by Washington State to hire apprentices 16 and older.
Does Titus-Will offer other entry-level jobs?
Yes: facilities maintenance, routine maintenance technician, lot services, vehicle photography, administrative support, reception and parts delivery driver. Training is provided.
Can I apply for more than one job?
