Technician pay (annual)
C-Technician
$42k–$55k per year
Annual pay rangeVery little to some qualifications. Lube, tires, maintenance, inspections; you learn under a mentor.
B-Technician
$56k–$73k per year
Annual pay rangeSome to moderate qualifications. Brakes, suspension, electrical basics, diagnostics with support.
A-Technician
$74k–$170k per year
Annual pay rangeIntermediate qualifications and average-and-above production. Diagnostics, drivability, major repair.
Service advisor pay
$65k–$170k per year
Monthly production bonuses
Technicians: monthly production bonuses based on your production level.
Year-end training bonuses
Technicians: year-end bonuses based on your training level.
Tool allowance
$1k–$5k tool allowance, depending on skill level.
Relocation assistance
$2k–$5k relocation assistance, depending on qualifications and skill level.
Paid factory training
Paid factory training, online and in class, including travel and an overnight hotel when needed.
ASE reimbursement
All ASE tests reimbursed when you pass.
